FSMA Adds 51 Fraudulent Trading Platforms to Warning List
The Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has added 51 new fraudulent trading platforms to its public warning list, comprising 10 websites that put consumers in contact with fraudulent platforms and 41 platforms it advises against responding to. Several entries are explicitly flagged as clones of authorised firms, raising identity-theft and brand-misuse risks for legitimate providers. The FSMA reiterates that the list is not exhaustive and is updated frequently.
