CSSF Warns of Identity Theft of Luxembourg Investment Fund Managers
The CSSF has issued a warning about recent fraudulent attempts involving identity theft of Luxembourg investment fund managers with branches in Germany. Unknown persons have created fake websites and issued falsified financial guarantees in the name of these branches. The CSSF urges financial professionals and the public to exercise extreme vigilance and verify the authenticity of any communications or documents.
