CSSF Circular 26/913 on EBA Guidelines for Ancillary Services Undertakings
The CSSF has published Circular 26/913, implementing the EBA Guidelines (EBA/GL/2026/01) on ancillary services undertakings. The circular specifies criteria for identifying activities under Article 4(1)(18) of CRR (Regulation (EU) No 575/2013). It applies to credit institutions and investment firms in Luxembourg.
