CSSF Publishes Form for Ancillary Services Notification by Luxembourg IFMs
The CSSF has published a new notification form for Luxembourg-based investment fund managers (IFMs) intending to provide ancillary services to third parties under Article 5(4)(b)(iv) of the Law of 2013 and/or Article 101(3)(b), fourth indent of the Law of 2010, as amended by the Law of 3 March 2026 transposing Directive (EU) 2024/927. IFMs must submit this form for initial authorisation and update their articles of incorporation; supplementary activities require only notification. The CSSF may request additional information at any time.
