Corrigendum to EU Sanctions Regulation 2026/695 on Ukraine

CSSF Updates Notification Form for Payment and E-Money Institutions
The Luxembourg financial regulator (CSSF) has published an updated version (Version 2) of the notification form for payment institutions, electronic money institutions, and AISPs. The form, available in XLSX format, must be used for updating information with the CSSF. The update was published on 19 March 2026 and revised on 23 July 2026.

CSSF Orders Dissolution and Judicial Liquidation of DIVERSIFIED ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A.
The CSSF has announced the dissolution and judicial liquidation of DIVERSIFIED ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A. (DAM), ordered by the Luxembourg District Court on 30 April 2026. Eligible clients may claim compensation up to €20,000 via the investor compensation scheme (SIIL), with a claims deadline of 30 October 2026.
