EBA consults on reporting framework for validation and monitoring of ISDA SIMM

EBA Publishes No-Action Letter and Technical Clarifications on FRTB Implementation
The EBA has issued a no-action letter recommending that competent authorities refrain from prioritising enforcement on the banking/trading book boundary and internal risk transfers, alongside technical clarifications for the FRTB framework under the EU's 3rd Delegated Act. The measures aim to support consistent implementation ahead of the revised market risk requirements expected to apply from 1 January 2027.
