AMF Updates Doctrine Following EU Benchmark Regulation Revision and New CDC Consignment Rules
The AMF has updated its regulatory doctrine to reflect the May 2025 revision of the EU Benchmark Regulation (BMR), which narrows the scope of benchmarks requiring authorization. It also introduces new notification requirements for liquidators of UCITS and AIFs who must consign unclaimed sums to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).

AMF Sanctions Portfolio Management Company and Two Directors for Professional Misconduct
