EU Digital Omnibus: Commission Proposes Harmonised Digital Rulebook
On 19 November 2025, the European Commission published a Digital Omnibus package proposing to streamline cybersecurity incident reporting, adjust AI Act timelines and simplify data and consent rules. The proposal introduces a single reporting interface for incidents under NIS2, GDPR, DORA and eIDAS, and eases AI compliance for SMEs. The European Parliament and Council will now negotiate the text; the Belgian CCB is seeking stakeholder input to shape its national position.

Critical SharePoint Vulnerability: Belgian Organisations Urged to Act Immediately
The Belgian Centre for Cyber Security (CCB) has issued an urgent alert about critical Microsoft SharePoint Server vulnerabilities that are already being actively exploited, allowing remote code execution on unpatched systems. Patches are available for SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, 2019, and 2016, and organisations are strongly advised to apply them immediately and check for signs of compromise.

Belgian CCB Warns of Red Hat Consulting Breach: Leaked Tokens Pose High Risk
The Belgian Centre for Cybersecurity (CCB) has issued a high-risk warning following a Red Hat Consulting data breach. Attackers accessed private GitHub repositories containing client engagement reports with sensitive data, including authentication tokens, and claim to have used them to access client systems. Organisations that used Red Hat Consulting or shared credentials with Red Hat should immediately revoke exposed tokens and assess supply-chain exposure.
