CSSF Publishes Notification Form for Luxembourg IFMs Providing Ancillary Services to Third Parties
The CSSF has released a new notification form for Luxembourg-based investment fund managers (IFMs) intending to provide ancillary services to third parties under Article 5(4)(b)(iv) of the 2013 Law and/or Article 101(3)(b), fourth indent of the 2010 Law. The form, published on 19 June 2026, is relevant for AIFMs, credit servicers, and management companies under Chapter 15. Compliance officers should use this form to notify the CSSF of such activities.
