CSSF Reports on Investment Firms Using IFD/IFR Transitional Provisions (2025)
The Luxembourg CSSF has published a supervisory disclosure document detailing the number of investment firms that have opted to use transitional provisions under the Investment Firms Directive (IFD) and Investment Firms Regulation (IFR) as of 2025. The document, released on 29 June 2026, provides transparency on the uptake of these transitional arrangements by firms supervised by the CSSF.
