CSSF Updates Cross-Border Management Notification Templates for AIFMD II Transposition
The CSSF has published updated notification letter templates and guidance for Luxembourg-domiciled investment fund managers (IFMs) to reflect changes introduced by AIFMD II, transposed into Luxembourg law on 3 March 2026. The new templates must be used from 31 July 2026 for cross-border management notifications within the EEA. The eDesk module for such notifications is also updated accordingly.

CSSF Warning: Fraudulent Use of Winvest International Name
The Luxembourg CSSF has issued a warning about fraudulent activities by unknown persons misusing the name of Winvest International S.C.S., FIAR. Two fraudulent websites (winvest.international and winvest-international.online) are used to impersonate the legitimate entity. The CSSF confirms that Winvest International S.C.S., FIAR is not involved and advises the public to remain vigilant.
