The Luxembourg financial regulator (CSSF) has published an updated notification template for firms operating as Systematic Internalisers under MiFID II/MiFIR. The template, available in XLSX format, is relevant for credit institutions and investment firms. Firms must use the new form for all notifications to the CSSF.
