EBA Releases Final Technical Package for Reporting Framework 4.3
The EBA has published the final technical package for version 4.3 of its reporting framework, introducing new reporting requirements for Third-Country Branches under the CRD and supporting AMLA's risk assessment data collection. The first reference dates are 31 March 2027 for TCBs and 31 December 2026 for AMLA reporting.
