IOSCO World Investor Week 2026: FSMA Backs Investor Resilience and Anti-Fraud Focus
IOSCO's World Investor Week 2026 runs from 5 to 11 October 2026, marking the tenth edition of the global initiative on investor education and protection. The FSMA, whose chairman Jean-Paul Servais also chairs the IOSCO Board, is supporting the campaign, which focuses on investor resilience, digital deception and scam alerts. The FSMA is also running an awareness campaign against online investment fraud during the same period.

FSMA observations from inspections of brokers in banking and investment services
The FSMA has published a sector report on its 2024-2025 inspections of brokers in banking and investment services, setting out observations on their AML/CFT arrangements. Amendment to the guidance on communication by biotech companies
The FSMA has updated its guidance on inside-information disclosure by listed biotech companies to reflect the Listing Act amendments to MAR and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/789 concerning protracted processes.
