AMF President Opens Conference on European Market Abuse Litigation
In a speech on 17 June 2026, AMF President Marie-Anne Barbat-Layani highlighted the 10th anniversary of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and the French law creating the referral procedure between the AMF and the PNF.
