FSMA Prepares for European Single Access Point (ESAP) Launch
Starting 10 July 2026, Belgian listed companies must file regulated information via a new FSMA portal to support the European Single Access Point (ESAP). The FSMA has updated its eCorporate platform to enable rapid data transmission to ESMA within 60 minutes. The public ESAP platform is expected by July 2027.

Fraudsters advertise on social media, lure consumers into private groups, and promote fake AI-based investment plans with unrealistically high returns. The FSMA has added the entities behind these schemes to its list of firms operating unlawfully in Belgium.

The FSMA warns consumers about fraudulent websites impersonating Belgian and international media to promote fake trading platforms, notably BitKeltTrade. These sites use fake news articles and manipulated images/videos to lend credibility. Consumers should verify providers' authorization with the FSMA before investing.
