FSMA Prepares for European Single Access Point (ESAP) Launch
Starting 10 July 2026, Belgian listed companies must file regulated information via a new FSMA portal to support the European Single Access Point (ESAP). The FSMA has updated its eCorporate platform to enable rapid data transmission to ESMA within 60 minutes. The public ESAP platform is expected by July 2027.

Launch of the new FSMA Portal
The ‘FSMA Portal’ will be available from 10 July 2026. This new digital platform will serve as the single point of access for the secure transmission of information to the FSMA by the entities under its supervision. In its first version, the Portal will include a module for the submission of corporate and financial documents and thus replace the external application eCorporate.
