Tracfin integrates whistleblower framework as of 1 July 2026
As of 1 July 2026, Tracfin, the French financial intelligence unit, is authorised to receive and process whistleblower reports. This extension, based on the Sapin 2 law and Decree No. 2026-311, allows individuals outside the traditional obligated entities to report suspected money laundering or terrorist financing directly to Tracfin.
